When I sick, I sleep 9-10 h. When I go to school I sleep 7-8h.

I try to get at least 6 hours a night, but on occassion (like tonight) I cannot sleep at all. I just have so much energy right now, that is why I am on here. Hoping the reading and typing will help to make my eyes tired.

I have sleep minimum 7 hours in a day. Otherwise I feel the sllep hangover through out the day. I am trying to reduce the sleep to 61/2 hours now because of more work.
