Ho to make a online contack form?

Hi Friend,
I want to make a contact form in which after entering the data the details should be mailed to recipient's email address
I want this to be done without using php. Can somebody help me regarding this?

If you know how to use HTML, you can do it by simply using notepad and saving it as an htm, or html file. You can then upload it to the web using any method you want. Php isusually used for file transfer so that would be a non-issue. If you don't know html, you can always search online help sites to teach you the proper code.
