What kind of books do you like reading?

For me, I like to read detective stories the most. I like to borrow one detective story book from the library, and spend the whole night reading it. I think such stories are very interesting and attractive. However, I do not like to read those science fiction very much. What about you? What kind of books do you like reading?

For me, there are a lot of kinds of books I like very much. Kongfu novels, Horror stories, Detective stories, Travel notes, Philosophy, and so on. And these years, I read Science fictions and Magic stories a lot.

Hi, dear Marmot. It seems that you are really interested in reading many kinds of books. For me, I do not dare to read horror stories, because I am afraid that after reading such stories, I cannot fall asleep at night.

It is reasonable for girls fear about horror stories~ Actually, there are lot of people afraid of ghost. But the most scary thing is that there are really some ghost things happens. I have watched a series from Discovery that there were some people suffered physical attack from ghost. It is really scary.

I like reading fiction (classic and contemporary), self-help books, and biographies. Most of the classic fiction are difficult to read, but once you have a knowledge of how writers put all the elements together to convey their messages, reading classics is nice. I am a student of literature, so I get to appreciate the classics. For the contemporary, I read the works of John Grisham and Dan Brown. Self-help books that I read include books such as The Purpose Driven Life, Chicken Soup for the Soul. Biographies tend to be inspirational, so I get to read them too.

I like most genres, but my favorite is definitely murder mysteries. Lately, I have been enjoying culinary mysteries by authors like Joanne Fluke and Julie Hyzy. I also like history books.

I enjoy reading many times of books. I can't help but enjoy reading. However, like you, I enjoy reading detective stories the most. I've enjoyed reading them the most for really long time, for as long as I can remember. I don't know why, but for one reason or another, I've always been interested in them.

I love fantastic novels (like Harry Potterby JK Rowling) and also science-fiction and a little of horror (especially novels from Stephen King!).

I love reading sherlock holmes, a best detective series i have read so far.. And i have much interest towards astronomy, so i love to read about space explorations. I have started to cook, so i am reading cooking books and recepies too.

I like detective books too, crime books at all are maybe my favourite and i realy like Stephen King books. :)
