Do You Know Yoga For Computer Users?

Hi all member...I'm new member and I get any problem about to yoga for computer users, I'm very interesting about this yoga but I want learning in my computer because I'm lazy to go to yoga's place, my friend told me that benefit trikonasana helps produce excellent spinal flexibility, it stretches the leg, back, neck and helps to loosen up the hips and make them strong and flexible. I need solution from yours how to best getting yoga for computer users?

In youtube all are available. U may search BABA RAMDEV . Ramdev is a noted yoga master of india. I think u will find all everything that u need. Lol.

I think you need to close your eyes for 10 seconds in every one hour then clasp your hand at the back of your neck then stretch right side ways & left side ways.Blink your eyes from the right to left & front & do a circle eye movement.

Then, if need be wash your face!
