Procrastination is what I'm doing right now. I should be outside pruning my bushes, but instead I'm inside MyLotting.

Procrastination does not really have anything to do with 'knowing about the future'.
It means 'putting something off till tomorrow'. It comes from the Latin 'pro-' = 'for' and 'cras' = tomorrow. If you say that you will do something tomorrow which you could do today, that is 'procrastination'.
If you say "I shall receive my payment tomorrow", that is not 'procrastination'; if you say "My boss could have paid me today but I told him that I would rather receive the money for today and tomorrow all at once", that might be called 'procrastination, but if you say "I could clean the house today but I'm going to watch TV and do it tomorrow", that is definitely procrastination!

Each one of us has to do his or her work or duties at work or home. For instance after we rise in the morning and do our cleaning duties we are suppos4d to prepare breakfast. But if we delay doing that or putting it off for a later time it amounts to procrastination.Doing work at the proper time is what is expected of us.But if we delay or put it off for later it amounts to procrastination.

Procastination is the act of postponing things to the future which are ought to be done now. Well, in short, it means POSTPONE AND ENJOY TODAY AND SUFFER A LOT TOMORROW.

Hello,
I actually started a discussion about being a procrastinator weeks ago.
Procrastination means: putting off or delaying or deferring an action to a later time.
A procrastinator is someone who postpones work, especially out of laziness or habitual carelessness.
Hope this helps!
