PC's or MAC

I own a PC pentium III and thinking to moving to Apple MAC. I use my PC's for palying games, do mac have game like PC game? I never use a Mac before. Should I change to Mac or should I keep on using PC's. Please advice...

I have one of each, PC i use for games and the internet, my mac i use for work (I am a graphic designer)

Is there any difference between the two ? From what I heard MAC is better in performance and PC is much more simpler to handle. What is your experience in using both ?

Macs are definately superior in speed etc, my pc struggles with photoshop and illustrator and on a mac they run really well. The only problem with them is software is usually harder to get and more expensive.

I see. Sometimes I use microsoft office using my PC. Can I use microsoft office software with MAC ?

You should continue using PC. Maybe you can upgrade to Pentium 4. MAC also more expensive than normal PC.

MAC is designed basically for graphics use and it delivers sharper graphics compared to PCs whether you ar playing games or using graphics/or animation applications. It used to be expansive compared to PCs but this has changed over time. Now you can buy a MAC almost with same price as a branded PC with similar specifications. The drawback is lack of software as compared to PCs. But if you do not intend to install lot of software and and want to stick for some particular applications I can suggest you go for a MAC. You will find it more stable compared to any PC.

Don't move to MAC. Alot of games are not compatible with MAC, especially alot of free mmorpg online. Also, MAC got very little pirated software..
