People who drive slow, but then speed up in the "passing zone"

I drive many back roads or "country" roads on my way to work. What kills me is when there is a no passing zone and people are driving slow as molasses... Then I get excited when the passing zone approaches because I want to zip by them and get ahead of them -- only they speed up in the passing zone! Then, many times, some people slow back down in the no passing zone!!!
It's as though they don't want anyone to pass them or are purposely trying to aggravate people! I don't get it! It frustrates me to no end!

I know what u mean, hate to get behind a slowpoke anytime. Use to be a guy here that drove like that & i despised getting behind him on my way to work. Thanks heavens i'm always early or i would have been late for work.

I often leave early as well. You never know what you may encounter on your drive, and that certainly includes slow drivers...

I have the same problem, but if you could have seen me last weekend you would not believe it. I was riding the back roads by delivering census. My car was full of mud up to the sides of the doors. My wheels would spin everywhere. I drive a PT Cruiser. But, there was a slow driver in front of me on every road. Then, what I hate is the roads that are so skinny that if someone comes the other way then one of the two have to back-up all the way. They need to fix the back roads up.

Ugh sounds like you have it even worse than I do! They DO need to fix those roads!
