Looks like OCTOMOM is going to be homeless now!

i thought that the house/mansion she had was given to her but apparently it was not and was financed with a ridiculous terms on it.. this was the terms stated on TMZ's website
"Octomom bought the La Habra, CA house in March, 2009. The seller, Amer Haddadin, transferred title to Octo's dad. In return, Octo and her dad were required to make monthly payments of $4,139 for one year. On March 10, 2010, a balloon payment of $450,000 was due."
but she hasnt paid the $450,000. And didn't pay the last $4,139 payment. and has been late 3 times in the last year... im wondering if she thought she was gonna get some huge tv deal or something and figured she would have the money or something because who in their right mind would set that up with a balloon payment in a year for 450k? those poor kids.. it really makes you think since she has tried to convince everyone so much that she could take care of all those kids etc just to see them possibly end up homeless.. and yeah i know a lot of people are behind on their bills right now but how could she not have seen this coming? what do you think will happen to those kids? do you think some one will just bail her out AGAIN?

Was I the only one that saw this coming? I mean, come on... she has no income other than bit of social security for couple of the kids, yet she was able to qualify for a huge expensive house like that on her own with no income, no assets? WHo's name is on the title is of no issue or value to the loan. The person that sold it is a smart, but horendous person as they got a little income, but knowing there was no way she'd qualify for a refinance when the balloon was due...just knew it was a money maker for them. They had nothing to loose. And how dare she think she can make $4,139 a month in addition to what it costs to support the house and the kids after the rent is paid.
Of course someone will bail her out. Thing is, they won't be intending to bail HER out, but help out the KIDS so they aren't homeless. She is just sliding by on their coattails. And she'll get that help until those kids are older and "baby" is not a buzz word anymore. Once probably around 8 years old...the novelty will be gone and all the freebie's she gets will be gone or at least dwindled

i think her dads name is on the deal and i think it was a personal loan arrangement not like a normal person.. at least i am guessing since after a year having that balloon payment from hell?!?! what bank would do that?

I think that the cost of the house Octomom lives in is very expensive. I guess that she needs a house as large as a backpackers hostel. Over $4,000 a month is a lot to pay. Octomom has fourteen children so she must find another very large house to live in. I feel so sorry for her kids if they are about to become homeless. I wonder if a generous person will bail her out. If not I think she will need to get a well paid television deal. Any person that pays per month to live in a house should try to keep up with his or her payments. Like for example £500 a month would be affordable but $6,000 for a year would be too much for the average person to pay. Maybe Octomom should move to a cheaper country.

if it was just her i wouldnt want anyone to bail her out but with the kids i do ya know? i hope they some how grow up sane but i doubt its likely.. she already ruined her chances for TLC and other channels in doing a reality show and so i dont know what options are even open to her.. it will definitely be hard for her to find a cheap house for that many kids but it seems as if she went way extravagant but i dont know what the cost of living is like in that area to know if that house was priced well or not.. i dont see paying that much for anything! lol

yeah i hope if they do do that they make some how to where she cant use it for anything else.. so she wont some how have more kids or plastic surgery or something selfish and her kids starve
