what are the extended ads in neobux??

i am a member of neobux and a standard member still now...i have seen that as a standard member i can get some times extended ads to click which have a click rate of $0.015...but i wonder that never i have got such ads...do you have got this kinds of ads in neobux yet...????i am very much eager to see your reply....
