Mmmm. . .cookies! Not to toot my own horn, but I've gotten pretty good at making peanut butter cookies from scratch! I had never made them homemade as of about 3 months ago. Now, I can't stop making them! (turning into a cookie monster) Wow, they go great with coffee. Please, somebody come and take them away before I eat them all! They're nearly perfect - but feel free to give any suggestions on what could make them even better. Thxs!

That sounds great! Believe me, I would LOVE to take them away from you - ha ha!! I think peanut butter cookies are one of the more easier cookies to make). And they are always sooooo good! You've probably even seen that 3 ingredient recipe for them - without flour! But I like the crumbliness of the flour kind - so I continue to make those. I have no idea what recipe you are using to make any suggestions . . . but perhaps maybe you can add stuff to it? Mini chocolate chips, crushed butterscotch candy, peanuts, almonds, mini m&m's . . . but only just a hint. I think peanut butter cookies are great just as they are!!

Mm, that gives me an idea. Maybe I'll get some of those peanut butter M & M's to put in there! Mucho peanut butter cookies! I've already tried peanut M & M's but they were a little hard (to bad because on their own, they are my favorite M & M's). Haven't tried butterscotch candy either, that sounds good too! All this talk about sweets. . .maybe I'll have just one more cookie before I put them up!

If I have a bite I would know what to comment. With the right measurements and right oven temperature, cookies seldom go wrong. Happy baking and don't forget cookies are fattening.
