This is a declaration to say whatever you like and end the silence. Write down what has been on your mind for the longest time but have been unable to say to anyone.

i think saying life is finish is just a vulgar it is better to live your life freely what ever you have but one thing if you have a busy schedule then you just take only two minute once in a week keep your eyes close for two minutes and relax and after that you fell a very different life.
