Most people now days have credit card debt. And debt isn't always a bad thing. It helps establish your credit, shows good repayment history, that way when you need something, you can get approved for a loan when you don't have the cash up front. But lately, it seems like credit card debt is a night mare. There's just no way of getting rid of it. I've been in the finance industry for a little over 2 years now, and have been going to score to get a Master's in finance for 4 years now, and have seen a drastic difference before and after the recession started. I worked for Citi Cards for over a year. I used to love the job, and then Citi raised interest rates, upped fees, and just weren't willing to work with people who were truely seeing a financial hardship. Honestly, it broke my heart. I've moved on to a better company now called Interservice Financial Solutions. I help people resolve their credit card debt. I feel that what my company has to offer, and help bring some peace of mind to many people who are out there who are experiencing problems with their credit cards, will result in helping America come out of this recession with a clear and sound mind, and credit card debt that has been elimated.
