Do you want to gain or lose weight?

For my present weight, I really want to lose weight because it's hard for me to wear my favorite clothes at this time and I can't move faster anymore. The problem is that it's hard for me to lessen my food intake that makes me gain weight. Added to this, I also have no exercise that will keep me stay fit and healthy. My legs are becoming bigger that my jeans are too fit for me and my arms are becoming huge that my blouses don't fit with me anymore. i want to lessen my food intake and at least have some exercise.

So you want to lessen your body weight right? Me too, it's very hard for me to have time to exercise but maybe you just a need a little more motivation to do that.

hell0 there! guess I want to lose a little bit from my weight, because there are about 5 kilos more which are not proper for my high and i want to lose them, but I think it must wait a bit, because I really don't want to make any diets and with the exercises I do it doesn't work, because they are not exactly for losing weight and I also eat not that little every day :)

Hello there phoenix! Eat all you want as early as 8PM and avoid eating at late night, empty your stomach 2-3 hours before bedtime, if get tempted to food after your food at 8 chew some sugarless chewing gum..It can help to fill your cravings.You can less a weight in a week if you keep doing that..Hope it will work on you!

I was very active in sports before and had maintained a descent weight constantly. But recently i have put on some weight. So i need to start loosing weight soon else later it will be difficult to loose weight once it goes beyond control.

I think you are right. It is really hard to stop eating and gaining weight but I believe that it is always in our control if we really want to stay fit, we can and if we really want to gain wain, we also can. It's just a matter of determination and motivation.

I want to remain in the same weight forever and well, decreasing it a little will be good. My body is a bit athletic and muscular. I am strong enough for my age. I weight 74 kgs. and I am 6 ft 1 inch in height!

That for sure is a good health measure for you but you can also check your body mass index which is an indicator if you really have a good body built and weight for your height and age. Just continue to be healthy and be careful to eat nutritious food. May you have long life.

Unlike most other people that have a substantial amount of weight and get rid of some of it, I am packing it on--- as muscle. I have always been a big guy, but went from being mostly fat to mostly muscle, but was getting heavier. I have gotten addicted to lifting weights, and love getting bigger, stronger, and packing on muscle, and eating like a horse. People always ask if I play football because I am so big, but I really am not supposed to due to a hip replacement, though I have played a few times craving the action. I seriously don't play anymore since I have gotten big enough and strong to seriously hurt people. I think the person that doesn't realize how big I am is me, though I wear 4x shirts, my shoulders can break door frames, and because I weigh 340 pounds, I weigh stuff down. But I like being musclebound. I feel good, I feel like a beast. I can move heavy stuff with ease, and I can still run pretty fast (btw, don't get in front of me while I am running). Even the weights no longer feel heavy. I got in trouble once for lifting an entire machine. I catch either end, people either don't like my size, or they are mesmerized to see a person with all that muscle, craving for more. I have been labeled 'king kong's little brother'.

contrary I want to gain weight because I am thin and I try to eat a lot everyday. Losing weight need holding in line like eating a little, for breakfast, just oatmeal,one apple and some oat biscuit, for lunch you can eat some food you enjoy, for supper you can have vegetable,meat putting into soup. Meanwhile you must do exercise every day as walking, hiking, swimming ect.

I am just contented with my weight right now..although there are some areas that i need to slim down like my tummy..It's summer so I need to work faster so I can wear my swimsuit and enjoy..=)

As far as I am concerned, I think I want to be a fat man,for now, I am so thin ,it just like that I can be wind to the weat if there exist a big wind. So I think you can imagine how thin I am. I just need to try my best to eat more and sleep,in that way, may be I can gain the weight.

I slightly under weight but i have been like this since i was small. i want to gain weight but it seems my body won't let me. I eat a lot but it's just usually my stomach that bulges for awhile. My body just won't take any extra fat in it. I weight 63 kilograms at 5'9''.

yes... i really want to lose weight. its hard for you to find clothes that fits you. you cannot move freely. it really make me feel sad. recently my doctor told me that i need to maintain medication for my pressure. so sad.. but trying to get enough exercise.

Same here. I would really want to loose weight. I used to have a lean body before, with lean muscle tones and a flat stomach. Now my belly is bulging, my lean muscles are somewhat sagging. :( It's quite hard to admire myself when I look at the mirror. I better lessen my food intake specially on high-carbo meals and do some exercise.

I understand what you are saying! I want to lose weight so bad! But can not get motivated. I get really depressed about it. What makes it worse is i have a husband who works out on an everyday basis and who looks so good. Then i feel so awkward next to him. I dont even over eat, I have my belly from haveing my son still. The sad part is i weighed less right after i had him. I use to lift weights right before i got pregnant, and even had muscles.. You should get 1 of those real big exercise balls and a couple small dumbells and i could give you some exercises you could do, that my husband use to have me do. He is certified through the NFPT(National Federation Of Professional Trainers)Just suggest them to you. But the exercise ball works out your core since your are balanceing to stay on it, so you are useing your stomach and legs the whole time.. Definately drink a lot of water also.

When I was in college I was really thin and I didnt like it cause some people tease me and they say that I am a walking skeleton. I didnt like them for calling me like that. So I said to myself that someday I am going to gain weight. And time came that I did and now I am still gaining weight. I am not very fat but sometimes I think I am already very fat because some people would think I am pregnant. Actually, now I dont know whether I wanted to gain weight or loss some weight. Just one thing I am sure of, I dont want to be thin anymore and I dont want to be fat either.

Before I want to gain weight and I was succesful on trying so but now I am having another problem with my weight. I cant stop gaining weight and on my current situation I was able to differentiate the feeling of being thin and to what am i now. Before I use to run for 15 minutes while now I can only do it for 3-5 minutes. I do not eat much though I still gain weight. I came up to a point that I really need to do some work out and hoping that I can balance everything. God bless

I think I would like to gain a few pounds, because I am slightly underweight at the moment. I can't gain weight with increasing my food amount, it just doesn't add any kilos. I think I would like to gain weight with increasing my body muscles amount.

I know that I weigh more than I should. According to the BMI, I am obese (but only just . .. I have a difficult time dieting, but I do like to exercise which helps me look better. Most importantly, as I get older, exercise makes me feel so much better. I ride my bike, walk the dog, and do yoga and pilates. So even though I am heavy, I feel good.

LOL! Yeah me too! I would rather lose weight than gain. I love to wear tight tees and skinny jeans. As of now, I am 51 kilos and at times I also find it hard to wear the clothes that I want to wear. I am a bit chubby and vain at times. I just want to feel good with what I wear because it also adds to my confidence toward myself.

i have an average body my height is 176cms and weight vary in between 72 to 80. i know the variation is high but i am very flexible as i feel. when ever there is a work load on me physically i just loose the weight and when there is time for rest for me i just get me weight back...

actually i have an average body. and it is too flexible. i have the weight between 73 to 79 kg and that is moderate for my height which is 176cms. as i know. but when ever there is a physical work load on me i loose alot of weight in a single month even and when i got the time of rest i get it back. so flexible i am i think
