Weather is turning warmer on this week, and we get some rain at the weekend. I felt so lazy on these days, and I just wonder is it weather related, or it is me? I just don't want to do anything, or to be active. I would like to laid on my bed for the whole day, and sleep. I don't want get up early to work, or I want to do any house chores. I knew I can't do that, I just felt like my body doesn't want to move. Is that seasonal change type of thing?

Yes, there are certain weather that tends to make me lazy. I think as it gets warmer and I am able to open the windows, I can be more active. However, when the dismal weather is here, I tend to get lazy. The weather that is rather cold outside and thus I am in the house, without the benefit of fresh air flowing through the house I tend to get lazy. I think the seasonal change can have some affect on our personality. It really depends on what kind of weather we best work in. I think the warmer weather is allowing me to be more productive. The rain when it happens at any time, it can make my sleepy and bored. So as the weather changes, our mood can be affected for both being more productive and less productive.

Hiya king, I would say that the weather we are having is enough to turn anyone inside out. we go from freezing cold weather to 27 degrees centigrade at the drop of a hat here and in a matter of hours sometimes two to three hours I know because I have been through it and timed it. Then we go back ten or fifteen degrees in a matter of three hours and then it goes warmer again. It´s no wonder everyone is feeling the way they are. We are great adapters to everything it seems. What about the animals does anyone notice what they do also because they also get affected by the heat and cold too. No one needs a winter coat anymore really or boots come to think of it but just in case I suppose.
