ever eat it hard and uncooked? My kids love it hard and uncooked and honestly it isn't too bad. My kids like to add the seasoning onto it and I think it's just silly as it just falls off the uncooked noodle. I think it could make a nice replacement for chowmein noodles in your cooking.

I'm sure I've tried it before, although I didn't really care for it. My oldest on the other hand can eat it either way. He does seem to prefer it cooked over uncooked, but he will eat it uncooked every now and then. He doesn't care for the packet though when it isn't cooked. He'd much rather eat it plain! LOL Happy mylotting!

I have never eaten them uncooked, but my mom was telling me about some salad she had once at a potluck that had uncooked ramen noodles broken up in it.

Uncooked is definitely not my favorite way to eat them, but that is not to say that I've never done it that way. My ex-boyfriend refused to eat them cooked in the traditional manner, but he would open a pack and sprinkle on the seasoning and eat them like that all the time. I have used them in stir fry before and I think that it turns out wonderfully when I do that. I will use all kinds of vegetables, the noodles, a little bit of browned ground beef, the seasoning from the beef Ramen and a little bit of soy sauce, it is a filling meal and relatively inexpensive to prepare.
