The best operating system for mobile

I guess java operating system is the most common used for mobile phone, but today symbian, apple, and the newest microsoft and android also avaible in mobile. I just want to know what is the best between that all? Thanks for your response

i think that now for smartphones linu based os on your mobile device is better than others!!because normally they are flexible,you have an high grade of personalization,you can contribute as a developer and softwares or appls are open source so you can have or try much without spending a dime!! So normally i like them more than other ones...

I am using a windows mobile phone at this time, and have only had it for 2 weeks. I really like the phone, but the battery drains rather quickly if I leave it on, so I do shut it off for most of the day, as I don't need it on all that much anymore, as I don't get all that many calls. My kids call me a few times a week, but not everyday. Since it is a windows mobile phone, the battery will drain for doing nothing, just leaving it on stand by. I might have to change some settings, so that I can conserve the battery a little longer. Take care, and have a very good day.
