i think it should not be done.it hurts religious sentiments of many.

Different religions have different views of their gods. It's not a matter of right or wrong. Some people are more open whereas others are more discreet. If the protraying images doesn't spoil the god's image, then shouldn't be that bad.

I'm with you on that it takes away from the meaning of the gods/goddess I've seen t-shirts with Jesus's face on them with "Jesus is my homeboy" I think it's great people would want to display their faith whatever it is, but on a t-shirt I think goes too far.

i too feel the same. we neednot to propaganda our religious thoughts through our dresses. idols/pictures should be at a distant from a man. then only it'll have its value
