So I am probably the most enthusiastic horror movie enjoy-er that I know. The grosser, the better. The more f***** up,the better. The more horrible the ending, the BETTER!!!!So let us take a moment to swap some suggestions. And just fyi,if your definition of "scary" is the Blair Witch Project or Paranormal Activity...Keep it moving. If you think those movies are "scary" then the movies that I have seen will probably ruin your life.

I bet you're a fan of the saw sequels and many of those massacre films. Well, as for me I like Stephen King's work. I also have some favorite local horror movie and some foreign ones that I have watched.

You would think that, but actually I find Saw movies pretty lame and boring.Yes the murder scenes are pretty brutal, but the plot is never ending, and I'm not down with movies that go on and on and on.I tend to go for movies that leave me completely shocked at the end and covering my eyes in disbelief.

I do like horror, and watched things like Midnight Meat Train, Last House On The Left and the Saw franchise and wished they could push the boundaries more than they have. So, in your humble opinion of all the movies you have seen so far...what is THE ULTIMATE horror movie?

This might seem a bit corny and predictable, but in all honesty the BEST movie I have ever seen, horror related, will always be 28 Days Later. It was super realistic,I felt scared for them every second of the movie and I could identify with all of the characters.I can only imagine what a lonely and desperate world we would be in if that really did happen.Ever since that movie came out I always envision myself in a similar scenario, and what I would do to survive and what weapons I would use in a hurry.Lets just say if that DOES actually occur,I think I'm pretty set lol

Try renting "Seventh Moon" and "Re-Cycle". Both movies have genuine "AAAAH" moments that will make you jump. Even better, they're the type of movies that make you a little bit scared of the dark at night long after you watch. ;)

i wonder people got scared of the BLAIRWITCH PROJECT and PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, they are boring films and its a thumbs down for me. it really wasted my time, i was curious because many people said it was scary, so i watched it, i got sleepy and i get bored... i love gross films and asian films. asian horror are scarier... if u watched korean horror and japan horror movies and thailand horror movies, im pretty sure u cant sleep at night... true scary movies? do they have one... amityville is a true story but it turned out to be a hoax and the movie itself is not scary. the exorcist? scariest film ever... based on a true story.
