Cheeseburger Toppings

what are your favorite toppings for cheeseburgers? Anything unusual? i love barbeque sauce, sauteed onions, and cheddar cheese! yum!!

My favorite toppings are cheese and pineapple. I often buy Hamburgers are added to the pineapple. it felt very good

I have never had a cheeseburger with pineapple, but i can imagine how that would be very tasty! Pineapple must add a nice juicy sweet taste to the burger. I think i've seen that on a menu at a restaurant, i just have never tried it. I would love to try it some day though, sounds delicious!

Always cheese, mostly cheddar, also grilled onions, sometimes raw. Always mayonnaise, mostly ketchup, sometimes mustard, or the thousand island "secret sauce thing". Almost always pickles, mostly dill, sometimes bread -and -butter. Lettuce optional, but tomato more often than not. I also like coleslaw a lot of the time, chili sometimes, and pimento cheese occasionally. Once in a while, I add relish.

wow! do you put all those toppings on at once? or just a few of those topping at different times? Grilled onions are by far one of my absolute favorite toppings on a cheeseburger, and cheddar cheese is a great choice as well. I don't like american cheese on my burgers, especially those kraft singles...yuck! I like some real cheese on my burgers! i like my pickles on the side, it goes well with a burger.

It just depends, sometimes I like em loaded and sometimes I just want cheese and mayo. But I have to have cheese! I am ok with out a bun as long as there is cheese!

ok that sounds good. And I am hungry. I'll have to go with tomatoes too! Just doesn't feel like a good burger to me without them.

I love having barbeque sauce on my cheeseburger, with bacon and even cheddar cheese. That is good. But besides that, I just recently tried a now favorite of mine, because I saw it was new and I knew I just had to have it. A bacon burger with blue cheese crumbles and onions. Now that is delicious and its my favorite.

oohhh that sounds really good! i love blue cheese, i think that would taste REALLY good on cheeseburgers. I will have to try that some day! now i'm craving a really good burger!!

i've never heard of Frank's red hot sauce. My husband loves spicey things he might really like that!
