Your five words are very important words when a person comes to the Japan for the first time.
I haven't been to Japan but I wish I could go there someday. I have been thinking about what to remember when I get there. I think these 5 (sets of words) would be helpful for a newcomer:
1) (Name of place) wa doko desu ka? (Where is _____?) - Very helpful in looking for unknown places. Also, don't forget Migi (right) and Hidari (left).
2) Greetings and such:
- O-namae wa? (What is your name?)
- Hajimemashite / Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu (Nice to meet you)
3) Sumimasen (Excuse me) - If I will need to approach and talk to someone
4) Ikura desua ka? (How much?)
5) Common "building" words:
- Iriguchi (entrance)
- Deguchi (exit)
- Hijougushi (emergency exit)
- Toire (toilet)

You are welcome.
Oh, so sorry for the typographical error. For anyone else reading my post, it's not HijouguShi, it's HijouguChi.
