No. Taking pills to lose weight is "desperate". Sorry. But you know, losing weight, as with any other physical challenge, is easy as long as you are committed to achieving your goal. Anyway, here's a simple tip to lose weight: Do not rely on diet nor cut down on your food intake. Simply don't eat anything 8hours before you sleep (and you cant bargain to 4hours, mind you.) Don't worry, you won't die of hunger while asleep, if you are really fat, then you have a lot of calorie reserves which your body would consume, thus losing some of that excess fat. Hope it helps.

I will go for a morning walk, i got good results, 3 months 5 kgs i lost.

I think taking any pill could be harmful to the body. Even taking antibiotics when you are sick can harm the body. But if someone is sick then it is necessary to take the pills even though it might have some unwanted side effects on the body but for something like losing weights, that can be achieved with diet and exercise. My mother used to give me these diet pills that she also took that gets rid of the oil in the body. It didn't really change my weight that much and I didn't feel so good taking them.

No, I never take pills to loose weight. I was able to do it in a natural way, I just reduce my food intake especially carbohydrates. I am so scared with the side effects if I try using pills to loose weight.

no i don't think so that we take pills for losing weight because sometime it will not suit someone's body and it will create some problems also like it will increase your weight also one of my friend take pills and his weight increase by 5kg in 2weeks so i recommend if you want to loose your weight loose it naturally by doing exercise in gym or doing yoga.

For me that should be the last recourse in slimming regimen. Should you take pills, it must be doctor prescribed. There are some pills that have some serious effect even when taken in small and infrequent doses. I just can't remember the name of that pill. What I do remember is that it came from China. And it is now banned in that country. For me, in slimming down, the best is still exercise accompanied by proper diet.
