what should be one sleeping posture?To avoid??

well,lot friends what we should do to avoid the neck pain?should we not take pillow under the head and we should hang our head back from the bed before sleeping!what we should do to avoid the neck and shoulder pain more till the morning?can anyone have suffer this pain and there is any sleeping posture which may help?

There is some problem with your neck and also shoulders.
Using pillow is not a must. And it all varies from person to person. I have seen people who does not use pillow at all and also seen persons using a 8 to 10 inches pillow. I asked this person the reason for using such a height pillow. Then he told - while in deep sleep he sonars very loudly and the people sleeping nearby get disturbed,hence on one persons suggestion,he started using that height of pillow which eradicated his snoring .
So there is nothing to take anything serious about pillows.It should be used according to an individuals taste.\
Coming to your problem - I suggest you to take up some neck exercises.The best way to have good health avoiding any pain in the body is to practice YOGA. Any one can start at any age. No harm..
