Parking Ticket.....something so avoidable yet so expensive..

Yesterday, my grandmother called my mother and told her that there was an envelop on my mother's car. Yup, it was a parking ticket. Should have given me the money instead of giving it to the state said my grandmother. 53 dollars to the California government. Hopes that helps with their budget deficiency.

oh its only three dollars so looked again.wow.53 thats real money.well thats kind of you to look at it that way. That reminds me of one time when our pickup was in the garage being repaired for awhile and I made the remark to my husband well at least you won't get any more traffice tickets. oh I should not have said that. He took the bus to do some business , and had to cross Harbor boulevard thats one of the busiest streets in orange county Ca. okay so hes too lazy to go to the marked pedestrian crosswalk so he jaywalked instead. oh dear a traffic cop saw him and oh yes he did get a traffic ticket for jaywalking. so even with the pickup in the garage he got a ticket. I had to laugh so I would not cry.

I'm glad you can see the fun side of getting a ticket. My family apparently only sees the 53 dollars. I live in California too and I always jaywalk. Maybe I should stop doing that before I get a ticket too. Thanks for responding.
