Has anyone ever used a homecare agency before?

We're trying to find some help taking care of our mother. As she's getting older she's needing more and more help around the home, and I'm just so busy working that I feel terrible that I can't be there as muc as I would like to. I don't really know anything about homecare, however. I've never used it before and I don't know anyone who has, either. I was looking around online and found a few places that have some info ( http://www.1800homecare.com/ ) but I'd like to talk to someone who has used it. What should I expect? Is there anything I should definitely require or definitely avoid? Did you get good service overall? Thanks!
