well friends it was i lost my temper,and the situation turned ugly!I was sitting quietly and doing my net work a person come and asked for the goods!i told him that it is not avaliable!he shouted that what is the use of your shop!what this net will give you!i told ok you are right!you can get from any other shop!he shouted again and i lost my temper and shouted back and told him not to enter the shop again!i lost acustomer!what all you might have done?
