hmmm, sometimes i have to think of what ive dreamed that night and think also what does it mean. before i used to think hard and try to visualize of that particular dream and thinks a lot of things. but now, no more. because i trust God so much and i dont have to think that much for just a dream. but maybe there are implications or cautions but i dont have to depend on just a dream. what about you guys? is your dreams bother you sometimes?

Only if it was too good that I wanted to remember it. They say that for you to recall it, don't open your eyes immediately. Keep it closed and don't move a muscle then recall your dream. Sometimes, if you want to continue it, just try to continue sleeping while recalling the dream

YEah, i do that at times too!! haha =D MOst of the time, i will fail to recall back the dreams i had earlier!! lol =D The more i tried, the further it eludes me!! hehe Dreams are very strange, and imagine myself dozing off for just 5 minutes or so, and yet i can be having a dream, which seems to last a night long!! And when i wake up, i can clearly remember all the happenings in it! hehe

Does a dream have to mean anything necessarily? Why can't they be just pieces of imagination filling our mind when the conscience is asleep? There must be a "trash bag" with all the things that are in our brain and are not useful anymore...I think we throw away the trash when the conscience is basically shut down and the sub-conscience is at work. Did you know that this part of our mind collects the repetitive thoughts and transform them into habits... Well, I'd say it also collect the stuff that is not useful anymore... Let me give you an example: Say you walk in the park one day... a lot of things there that our mind perceives: trees, leaves, people, benches...let's say your purpose is to sit on a bench for half an hour and call someone. Involuntarily your mind focuses on the activity involving the biggest part of the conscience...making that call sitting on a bench. But our brain still perceives the things around, that are contextual...well that information, in my opinion needs to be thrown away, because it was not useful that day... It happens during night... That's why we dream things, faces, activities, that we know we've experienced but we can't remember when and where ... and that's why we wonder how is it possible to dream about that guy that you have never got in touch with, or other things you didn't pay attention to, but you somehow know they existed. So I don't think much of the dream after I woke up, but I am forced to do it during my sleep, unfortunately....

i think dreams are fun and interesting. if i remember them when i wake up, and i dont always do, i always like to write it down and try to analyze it for fun. but i am not very good at it. dreams are very surreal and symbolic of other things. but they are fun, like u went traveling to another world, a surreal world.

I never seem to remember them. By the time I am fully awake they are all forgotten. The dreams represent your latent fears, anxiety and desires and nothing more than that. We see them to sort out if we must keep them in our sub conscious or shove them into our unconscious. Dreams also helps to change our settled mode of behavior.

If I had an exciting dream, i will think about it right after I woke up. And sometimes I try to sleep again just to get back the same dream. Or I try to sleep just to make it continue. It is because I always get unfinished dream. Arghhhh....

I don't try to think about what my dreams mean when I wake up but I try to remember them just for fun. There were some nice dreams to remember and try to imagine the feeling. Also, there were some bad dreams that I'd either be scared of or laugh about later because of its weirdness.

Hi Carrine, i used to forget the dream i had when i wake up in the morning. i feel so frustrated everytime i wake in the morning and is really sure that i had a dream worth sharing but could not recall any scene. i seldom remember some details of my dreams. if i know it's a bad dream, i just pray and forget about it!

If it is a horrible dream it will surely bother me, but I usually share my bad dreams to people I first think about the moment I wake up. According to old folks it will break any bad omen that the dreams may bring if you share it to others.
