Reformated my harddisk and reloaded the operating system and all the applications and other programs. I have free AVG, with firewalls and spyware protection, but once in 6-7 months have to go through the pains of reformtting and reinstalling the OS. Have multiple drives and try and segrgrate the data files and the operrating files into different partitions, drives so that at least the data is not lost.

System Mechanic 6 - System Mechanic 6
Hello. As of now I do not use any anti-virus programs. I use the software named System Mechanic 6. Its a nice software. It removes adware, spyware, viruses, worms and also improves the performance of the computer system. You can download it from www.download.com. Its a nice software which I recommend.

houscall and panda scan are the best online scanning programs, and often catch things that software scanners do not catch.
