Healthy Surcharge

Here we go!
Some eateries are already charging a "healthy surcharge" that’s used to foot the bill for restaurant workers' health care – regardless of their immigration status. Is that fair?
Unfortunately, I will not eat at places charging this. It is ok with me if I don't eat out anymore.
What is your opinion of this?
Will you happily pay this surcharge?
This link is a poll, but also states that some restaurants have already started this.

We don't have any of that here up till now in my country.
However if it had to be introduced in my country I would
not be happy to pay for the surcharge. I would either
choose a restaurant that does not charge the healthy surcharge
or else I would dine in my backyard. I ll put the BBQ on
eater more genuine food at a cheaper price.
