I was in another discussion and got to talking about our churches sign language choir. I think this is one the coolest things. We support deaf missions, have sign bible study and our sign choir. Does your church do anything for this community? Here are some links to the choir. It is very moving in person, the video doesnt do it justice but will give you the idea. Here are a few of my favorites - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6PaguGhUgc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7LXyZqoiD8&feature=channel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cptftd2LTjA&feature=channel There are other sign choirs, we have a concert once a year and invite other choirs. Here are a few of their clips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQ0lLrpGTRE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_BWjxL8IjM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVxszhcYoqI I know this is a lot to watch but it is very interesting!

I think it is cool and it is a brilliant idea to cater for those who lack hearing. It is a new innovative way to include others who have difficulty to be integrated in society. I have seen the videos. I think that such activities should be encouraged.

Thank you SO MUCH! I am very proud of our group. I wish you could see it in person, these kids are amazing! We do have both adults and kids, but it is especially moving to see the kids feel this music so intensely!

I bet that they feel the music much more than I do If I had to put a video of my school pantomime acting and saw me dancing a little, you would have had the greatest laugh of your life.
