The spirit of God connects me to his past. The exact reason I believe is just to further substantiate the fact that Elvis Presley alone is not to be blamed for his so called bizarre behaviors and pill taking problems. He loved God and wanted to know about God's plan for him. As I look at photos of his childhood, I see a little boy with sparkling eyes and a fact that seems to say, "yes this is just who I am and I am very proud to be just who I am." His mother was one who was always on his side, always there with encouragement and a pure love. His success in music came suddenly from a natural talent. He didn't want the success to change him.
