Poor Performance At MyLot...What a Shame...

For five months still unable to meet the minimum payout, shame on me. This is all because of sickness, had surgery last Oct. plus the months needed recuperating. Though I do mylotting but very low inputs. The other reason, sometimes the pc is down so really zero performance. There comes a time where had to focus to my main source of income, the real estate business. Nothing to regret though as had earned a better income in sales closed. Another reason is the lesser time and effort exerted maybe due to some online activities at other sites, like doing farmville at facebook. Lastly sometimes we lost interest mylotting after commenting to one or two discussions. I just hope after the holy week, I'll be able to make up with myLot. I'll make it sure that this shameful performance won't happen again. Have you experience sometimes losing your interest posting comments or doing mylotting?

I am a newcomer in mylot. I think it is a good place to practice our english including oral english, although we cann not speak in sound here, we can speak our thoughts. earning money should not be the first important factor in our mind, right?

Hope you are in good health now, Bing. Sometimes, there are just too many offline matters which we need to handle and thus we are unable to spend much time to online. It's a common issue,which we need to deal everyday. Don't be sad because of it. Same for me here, sometimes i visit Mylot less due to my busy offline matters, which i need to handle. Try to visit Mylot more often when you are free and i am sure you will continue to have interest in it.

Yes I have at times lost Interest here to and it happens to us all
What I do is stay away for bit to give myself a break and then come back, that normally works for me
Once I am properly back online I will be doing my Graphics and Layouts again to which also gives me a break from here at times

Hello dear gabs, right it happens to us all, but you know gabs you're a big inspiration here at mylot. I feel inspired every time I see your number of posts. Yes I lose interest too but I still love it here. Maybe the feeling is just some sort of an epidemic that affects as all from time to time. Time management it the key but for most people it's so hard to manage the time well.
I don't get to payout some months ago because there had been series of unfortunate and unexpected events that made me struggle a bit. Now I'm struggling again

Yea, I have also experienced such a thing. Actually I started doing mylot a few months ago and for a few days, I was logging into mylot regularly and was earning alot of money but as the days passsed, I lost my interest in mylot as I had to go to school and I had alot of work to do. I was also busy in playing facebook games. So, I wasn't getting time at all to do mylot. But now again I started doing mylot, as my vacations are commencing and I need money to hang out with my friends, so I had no other option to earn money. But at times I think that maybe I'll lose my interest in it again but I hope I don't as I find mylot very interesting.

MyLotting is not our main activity for earning. We all are earning our living some other way.
As regards me, I came here to share my thoughts on different topics with different people from different country, as i was advised by one of my friend that this is a good site. Since I joined, ihave contributed my bit by way od discussions and response to them. Earning money was never my main criteria while joining myLOt, so I do not bother mcuh how much i have earned. I concentrate on what I am saying and How i am saying.
Its really a matter of joy for me to interact with members all over world and to see different perspective on different issues.
If I earn any money that will be side effect.
Hope you will gain interest in myLot agian very soon.

frankly, i wouldn't spare my tiem here everyday if the site doesn't pay. except in facebook because of some friends there since election is nearing in my country. i like talking to a lot of people but i also wanted to be rewarded for my hands hardwork

Oh yes common_man, sharing our thoughts is a joy for us and participating in discussions is a sort of fulfillment. I'd been writing blogs at Yuwie, Xanga,Bloggers,cafe mom but it's only myLot that pays. Although at bloggers after reaching required blogs you'll be earning as well. That's why it's different at myLot, we enjoy and we learn from each other as we earn. Thanks for the response, friend.

I think that we've all experienced slumps in myLot from time to time. I've always been interested in it but occasionally lack motivation or, most of the time, I have real-life things that take precedence.
I made payout every month from the time I joined until a few months ago when I got very busy taking care of things in and around my home that needed to be dealt with. I'm also starting a new business and that takes a large part of my time.
So, these past few months I haven't always reached payout each month but that's not nearly as important to me as keeping in touch with the friends I've made here and the opportunity to make new friends.
I hope that you are fully recouperated from your surgery. It sounds like it was major and I hope the outcome is very good for you. Good luck with your real estate business, too!

Thanks mentalward, yes, I'm quite okey now and recuperated there are just other things to attend to. I don't work full time with my real estate job. Just focus when there are prospective buyers that come and so thankful had closed sales. Earnings not comparable with mylot's payout but we can't deny the fulfillment we feel in joining mylot, that's why we find a way to come back. Only that sometimes we really not in the mood perhaps or available topic for discussions are not of our interests. Thanks friend for the response. Have a blessed Holy Week...

I can devote as much time to mylot as I want to! In fact, I
try to make payout every month because even though it isn't
much money it still helps go to pay a bill or a portion of one!
But, you have a "real job" so that is more important than
anything! I just happen to love being here and interacting
with my friends and responding to all the different topics!
But, there are times that I'm just not in the mood or life
just plain gets in the way! So, don't be so hard on yourself!
Mylot will be here whenever you have the time! I spend some
time on here when I can't sleep, which is sometimes quite
frequently! But, you do what you need to do that is most important
first!

my real job is just a part time as well. but one or two sales closed would make a lot of difference. I do appreciate little earnings from myLot too. Well, I haven't reached payout in myLot in alamost 6 months! The last time I reache payout was around October or November. I blame myself for it because I was so busy with my work, i have little time to surf or browse internet. Also, I kind of bored with mylot for awhile. Now, I'm back myLotting, although not as agressive as I used to be, I targeted to reach payout next month. Wish me luck!

since 2010 may election is closing by i decided to take a few days of from mylot so that i could watch and get to know my candidate for the presidency. but i know i should be more active in mylot so i decided to come back tonight and make a few post. despite the fact i am in not so mood i needed to reach my earnigns so that i can get it by 15th next month.have a great day

I happens to all the time now...I really regret that during my long vacation, I wasn't so active in MyLot..And now my assignments keep on piling up no matter what I do, so I have to steal my sleeping time to make up for it...

I think you really need to pay attention to your heslth. Its better to be safe than sorry or else you will be at the losing end. Mylot can wait for your time and im pretty sure when your well you can have alot of time for your mylot community too ;)

I took a break for a while but when I returned I found myself feeling a great deal more fired up about being back in MyLot land. I do find that I have days when I do have the energy to spend hours at the keyboard, but keep plugging away and you will find your enthusiasm again

I've been mylotting for a week now and to tell you honestly i feel like quitting mylot. But every time i checked on it, I received a lot of responses and it motivates me to participate. And, one more thing i have gained friends here and i find this site helpful and worth to work for.
However, i still check my facebook just for a short time. And, I am not into games also so that's why i still keep participating mylot.

I joined myLot 3 years ago. That time, I think I got to payout in 2 or 3 months. After that, I felt it was so hard to earn here. I wasn't able to reply to discussions because the topics were not my interests. I stopped after getting my first payout. Also, I was already in my 3rd and 4th year in college. It was more stressful and we even went to school 7 days a week. I no longer had time to do myLot.
I have some time recently and I came back just this March. I see that there are more myLotters and that there are more interesting topics for me. I realize that I am performing better now. I am making double effort and my earnings are better than the past. I am enjoying now that the first time I joined and I will try to perform way better than I did in the past.

I know how you feel. It took me around five months from the day I joined before I got my first payout. Sometimes it just can't be helped that you can't do things here, much like how it seemed to be for you. There have been times that I just simply didn't feel like doing things on MyLot or was sick as well.
I'm pretty sure that there have been periods that I just didn't have any interest in MyLotting.
As for making up, if you ever don't feel like responding to discussions or can't find any you want to respond to, you could always upload pictures to your interests.

Well there are so many topics around here, and since I am quite new, I just thick the ones I like the most. But there is a time that says "I'm done MyLotting let's do something else. Even though it's fun to do, I'm getting really, really lazy out of, so got to stop soon anyways^^
But I do understand you, I don't think I will be as active as I am these days later on.
