Do you eat supplements to make your body solid?

Why do you eat supplements? Is it for your health? Is it to make your body solid? Is it to build your muscles and become bulky? Right now I don't take any supplements. I wish I could have muscular types of body. So any information about this?

for me supplements is better... but carlo said exercise to the gym den take supplements that's much better.... me i never use supplement just exercise in the morning ... and work hard by using your body and force ... ^_^ let see what is the result ..

I take food supplements for health. . i specially love tea and fiber-rich supplements. i've been to the gym before, it does give your muscles shape. If you want a body of seven packs, you really have to go to gym.

I used to take drink supplement and it really makes me energetic. And it is also a type of body cleanser. It is good to have healthy lifestyle.

when i comes to gaining muscle mass, most people think that bodybuilding supplements are the most important part of the equation, however, this could not be any further from the truth, supplements are just additions to an already good nutrition and training program, nutrition and training are the most important components of a bodybuilding program, with rest and recovery next to them, once all of those aspects of our program are maximized, then you can start thinking of adding supplements

Thanks for sharing. Nutrition and training is important. Good nutrients in body will help for fast recovery. Am I right?

i am eating supplement now everyday because i am talking gym and i am too fat so it is just a way to reduce my weight and look better but it is very hard because i do not like to eat that one much i prefer eating meat but can not eat too much anymore , want to have a nice body i think it takes time to do sport a lot and can not be too fast.

Supplements are just helpers. It doesn't really give you muscular build ups. What can make you muscular is a regular exercise. SUGGESTION: Go to the gym or do a regular fitness plus your supplement.

Thanks for sharing. I've been worked out regularly almost three months and the effects are slow. So what kind of supplements I should take?
