Most people think that correction and criticism are the same. What do you think is the difference between the two and which is better to apply in disciplining a child or anybody who is at fault?

I think correction is making a person know of his mistakes so that he could correct them. Criticism I think is trying to look for fault at something. Also, I think criticism comes in when there's nothing wrong but there is something that would need improvement. I think both would come in handy in disciplining a child or anybody as long as they are made in good taste. As we all know, there is constructive criticism and I think that's best.
