help me out. How to place referal links?

I am a my lot user and i have seen many links in many discussions of some blogs or referal links. i don't know how to obtain the referal links from ptc sites and to place in my lot discussions or on other sites Please help me out.

Look for anything related to "promote" , "banners" , or "referral tools"
