Paypal payment issue,

i got some money in my paypal ie $1.00
but it was reduced to $0.67
i do not know why
anybody help me , i am new to paypal

good day.
paypal deducted a processing fee in your transaction. that's why your $1 was reduced. or in some cases the site that pays you needs a transaction fee(%) before you can withdraw it.

are you from india? because paypal deducts a processing fee from india.

The reasons behind on that is the tax. They charge %1 if you didnt reach the minimum withdrawal. I guess thats the reason why it was reduced to that amount.
