I am so glad and so surprise my filing of complaint about plagiarism in one of my discussion which appear in google where finally remove by the blogger team on the site where it is copied. I finally felt relieve and vindicated. I thought the procedures would be so complicated as i read their policy. our response to these notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and/or terminating subscribers. If we remove or disable access in response to such a notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected site or content so that they may make a counter notification. We may also document notices of alleged infringement on which we act. Please note that in addition to being forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content, a copy of this legal notice may be sent to a third-party which may publish and/or annotate it.http://www.google.com/dmca.html, It also includes having an attorney and paying some fees but hopefully they never require it to me. I done it by filing a complaint using the online DMCA form I indicate the URL of the infringement subject.I thought at first they would not notice but after 2 weeks I receive an email from them indicating they take an action on my complaint. This is the part of the letter whom i receive. We have received your DMCA take-down notice on http://tambokekoy.blogspot.com/2010/02/what-are-those-things-which-you-think.html dated 2/21/10 and have reviewed the allegedly infringing content in question. In accordance with our policies, we have taken the content offline and notified the blogger of the complaint. Should the content reappear at this post with the infringing content included, please let us know and we will take further action. Sincerely, The Blogger Team dated march 5, 2010 My warmest regards, thanks and kudos to the blogger team! You rocks guys! How about you, do you have experience filing a complaint and felt that it would just be disregarded feeling like a small David fighting Goliath and felt justified on the end? Kindly shares your thoughts and experiences. Thank you! 3-26-10 9:01

I am so glad you do it well and just set an examples that if ever a discussion is copied anyone could file as long it is their own. It only indicates they listen too and not just heard the side of those bigger complainant.

hi neelianoscet I am also glad for you as I read where this had happened to you, and now you have been vindicated. good news to hear the plagiarist has been found and will be punished for his or her actions. This was a really unforgivable tort against you copying your work like that. shame on this person, go get your own work, plagiarist.I filed a complaint against a mylotter who had copied my response word for word, and mylot was quick to admonish and bar the my lotter who did the copying. 3-26-2010
