do you plan to have live music on you big day?

Last Saturday I attended a beautiful wedding and music played an important part to it. I like the couples choice of songs. The groom march while the song On This Day is played and when the bride started walking to the aisle the song The First Time I Love Forever was all over the venue, the band played it with a lyre and guitar, it was touching. I really recommend an acoustic band on weddings for two reasons. One is it doesn't sound too old and second is the soul of the song will remain untouched because it is not too loud. Does any one here plans to have live music on your wedding day? What are your song choices?

Hi Egon,
Wow what a festive wedding day. Live music is really great for special occasions in our lives. It's expensive but is really entertaining and romantic. Maybe when i reach my 50s or if we will celebrate our silver wedding anniversary we can have a live band. i can save from now because it will take time before that day happens.
