How to overcome stress in daily life?

Hai I have been started to experience stress in my daily life. How can i overcome the stress i just hear good music when i am under stress. Can you please tell me some ideas to overcome stress.

Well sometimes i cry out alone to release my stress, i feel light . However i balance my stress..listening melodious musiq, practising my yoga, playing violen, yes infact i take chocolates it helps to make my mood refreshing..so i balance my stress most times though its unavoidable.

Hello pratheep. When feeling stressed, I like to go for a ride on my bike to the quiet country close to the town for a few hours and when I come back from the ride, I usually feel much better. Or if I don't have time to go out, I would like to watch movies on line to distract my attention from the stress. You might give it a try. Anyway there are so many ways for you to try besides what we have talked about here. Enjoy your life, pratheep.

I think you can take a bath 3x a day. Watch some scenery in the sea or go to islands. Take a break to your office work. Treat yourself some ice-cream or cool drinks to refresh.

As much as possible I would like to avoid stress. In my work before it was so stressful so what I am doing is to think that I am happy and think positive in going home. Once I reached home before sleeping, I would like to watch some comedy show or a love story movie. So that my mind will be diverted to another thing. That's how I relieve stress.

You can also try doing something you really like. For example you like playing online games, then try playing some just to release the stress. Or talk to a friend about whats happening in your life lately ,talking helps alot , and you can also share whats new with you to make each conversation much more interesting ;)
