Which company has the best/worst customer service? Is it better/worse online,phone or in person? I personally dislike the automated services. And the incompedent ones that can't help u if it is not written for them or they cant just push continue on the screen..

comcast best csr's - As a customer of CC they really have the best reps
Comcast Cable/Internet/CDV have the very best CSR in the world!
