Yeah, it's very difficult to accept the fact that we make mistakes and to ask I'm sorry, It's my fault was very hard. It takes courage and humility to ask forgiveness when you mean it. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!

Hey careguarden! You seem to be on another "deep and dark discussion" run today!lol I don't have a problem saying I love you, but I do have some trouble saying that I need your help! I pride myself on being independent because I have pretty much been independent most of my life. But, now since I have gotten older and am not doing well healthwise, mentally or physically I find it very difficult to admit that I sometimes do need a bit of help! My bf and some of my friends are wonderful and help me with running my errands for me sometimes when I don't feel like I can. I have severe osteoarthritis and have a serious knee injury and a problem with my left ankle where it just gives our when I am walking and I am too prideful to use my cane! My friends laugh at me when I have to use it and tell me I look like an old lady which only makes me feel worse!

For me,i seldom use the word "goodbye" and it's the hardest word for me to say too anyone. It seems goodbye is forever,so,i don't use that word. Even with friends or loved ones who go to other place,i use to say "take care or see you again" rather than saying goodbye. In relationship,i hate saying goodbye either.

Hi careguarden,My hardest words to say is I LOVE YOU,because I'm not vocal and I am more on actions.
