Are you a mom who is has to stay busy? It seems like I don't want to be but there is always something that needs to be done, laundry, dishes, dinner, etc... I've recruitted by oldest daughter to start pitching in, of course with a weekly incentive. I know I shouldn't have to but let's face it, teenagers in this age need the incentive to get moving and I'm thankful for the help sometimes. It seems like one day can be a vicious cycle. How are your days, do you pack them with tons of tasks? Do you take a day just to sit back and relax?

I have two teen boys and am not outside of the home working. I am frantic from sun up to sundown with cooking, cleaning, bills, running errands, taking care of phone calls, laundry and likewise. It doesn't seem very meaningful and sort of mundane and sometimes I just need to crash into bed with a very long nap.

I am busy from the time I get up....sometimes it seems like Monday - Friday go by in a rapid blurr.... We have a 13 year old daughter and 17 year old son....and they help when asked. We used to give incentives....but that didn't seem to be enough. So now they do it because we ALL are part of a family. We give them money for other reasons. This way seems to be working better for us. There is no set allowance date. But, I do look forward to my WEEKEND!!!!

I am also a busy mother like each and every mother. But every day I take some time for me; only for me. Monday to friday 8.00-10.00. In this time nobody stays at home. My husband goes out for work; my children go out for school. That is my time. I alow nobody to disturbe me in this time. In this time periode I do what ever I like. The rest 22 hours in a day I totaly work, live or sacrify for my family. We mothers should Take our own time to live for us.
