more healthy by managing your drink habit

hi all, do you manage your drinking habit? i used to drink soda, alcohol and another aromatic beverages, but rarely water. a few years ago i started to drink only water and leave soda, alcohol and aromatic beverages behind. i drink a litlle bit of warm water after having meal, an hour later i will drink a lot of warm water and about 4 - 5 pm, i will drink much more warm water. it makes me sweating! it's hard to be discipline. now i get used to it. i feel healthier with my new habit. how about you? would you share?

you are correct. water clean our body. but just don't be merely to thought it. do it from now, hence you will growing healthily. lessen to drink soft drink, soft drink only delicious in just red lane, but less good for health of body in comparison with warm water

I just gave up Pepsi a few months ago. I have dropped 15 pounds, and am drinking more water which is of course much better for me. I drink one cup of coffee per day, and refuse to give that up, and probably one glass of sweet tea a day. The Sweet Tea has at least half the calories of the soda, and tea is of course good for you. I am happy with my decision, though I still want that Pepsi once in a while.

When I was still schooling, I used to take only soft drinks everyday. When thirsty, during meals, or socializing with friends, soft drinks were always the drink for me. However, after I was enlisted into the army, my drinking habits changed. As training was tedious and the weather was very hot, water became my best friend. Long after I completed my national service, I am still very much into drinking water most of the time, and soft drinks only occasionally.

Its a very good habit if you drink plenty of water in a day. It helps a lot in the digestion process. Water also helps a lot in the physiological aspects of health. I also drink plenty of water cause I believe it will help cleanse my body and neutralize the amount of sugar in my body especially I eat a lot of sweets.

I have read an article before that drinking warm water is good for the body and it is highly advisable to do so especially after eating. I don't know if i can really make it a habit.I may drink lots of water but not really ready to get used to drinking warm water. I wish i can though. Let's see, it all starts with a wish. Nice one to share with us. (^_^)
