How do you sleep?

I'm a rough sleeper, and do best to sleep by myself. I've woken up with my head at the opposite end of the bed that I went to sleep on, and I often have turned my blankets sideways or kicked the off the bed entirely before morning. When going to sleep I like to lay on my stomach, either with my arms under my head or with my arms and legs kicked out in a giant human X. How do you sleep? Motionless or all over the place? On your back, tummy or side?

LOL. I sleep just like you too, yeah, my favorite position is that giant human X. I can sleep no matter what position, sometimes I'm motionless and sometimes all over the place.

When I was young, I could sleep no matter what the way I slept, but now when getting older, it becomes impossible.

I've fallen out of ved before, but It always woke me up when I did. I've not woken up on the floor thus far.

I fall asleep on my stomach with my arms under my pillows and my blanket over my entire body. When I wake up I am usually wedged in the corner of my bed that is against the wall, and on my side. I move a lot when I sleep, so I have an extra blanket that I sleep on. Otherwise, I pull the bottom sheet off every night.

My bottom sheet gets pulled off every night too. One morning I woke up laying UNDER my bottom sheet.

When I was young, I tended to sleep still. But getting older, somedays I would get up in midnight, or I would turn around on the bed until I found the pose I felt comfortable.

I do not know how I fall asleep, but I open the windows for 5 or 10 minutes before going to sleep and I best sleep when I am deadly tired. I know that's bad. To add up to it I often go and have a jog, then I take a shower and go to sleep... I sleep on my back (it's healthier) or my side.. at least I wake up in those positions =D

When I lived in the country I used to sleep with my windows open all night. Can't do that here though.
