how do you guys go to sleep do u watch t.v or do you listen to music

Before I watch TV in order to sleep and listen to music. Now, I read one chapter in the bible before I go to sleep. Sometimes when I do forget to do that and when I didn't understand much what I read before to sleep I just compensate it in the morning and re-read it.
