right now i feel so angry without reason how to calm down any one help....

I don`t know why i feel so angry right now,i have to go to work in a few hours but i feel like i don`t want to go but i must go and i don`t know why i feel mad want to be angry is so strange with my emotion now please some body ...please any one tell me to slow it down so i can go for work with a normal temper hel;p....help...help...urgen....now:((((((

well, if you are really in a bad mood and not feeling too well, then i suggest that you take a day off from your work and just stay at home and relax... you won't be able to concentrate on your work as well if you go to work in this condition... just watch some movies, read books or do something that you like inside the house (writing, drawing, cooking, gardening, etc)... or take a stroll and have some fresh air outside the house... that's what i do when i am in a bad mood... hope you will feel better soon... take care and have a nice day...

Hey lady, Calm Down ! You are typing this with a lot of anger and guilt as I can notice, there are no punctuations which means that either your English is bad or you are typing with immense speed and you need something badly. In your case it must be the second one! Well, you must feel that your workplace is like your home - be happy about the work you are going to do! Be happy that you are going to meet your colleagues again! Be hapy that it is going to be a new day! Be happy that there are mylotters to help! There are people who need you! Live at least for them! Be happy! Do not worry!

If you really need to release some of your anger energy, you should try punching a pillow or something, sometimes it helps. But I prefer turning the music on and lying down on the bed. It helps me to calm the mind down and release the excessive thoughts.

You need to at least ask yourseld why your feeling this way. In order for us to help you out we need to know as well whats the reason why you are being bothered. I know its not our problem but since your asking for some help you might as well give us some hints on what is it that your dealing with.For us to give you effective means or any advice at all ;)

i know the reason is i do too much thing and work hard in my club but one of my friend just said to my boss like she the one do all thing and my boss blame me that i am not doing my work:(

hehehe.. im also guilty ... yup i asked my doctor about this.. because im so bothered maybe I'm disturb.. or having psychological illness.... hahaha.. but thank god... its normal.. we do all have tantrums especially for women-- ovulation period everything happens.. almost the same w/ pregnancy.. so maybe you almost have your .... i was advise drink -- cold or very cold water to lower temperature of your body.. take a deep breath.. before doing stuff because you really mess up

you need a break perhaps, try to go out and have fun with friends, nor go out and treat yourself alone like dine out, watch movie nor shopping is you have money taht will make you feel happy and contented. theres really a time that we feel so sad and down even if theres no reason. sometimes its because of hormonal change due to menstruation nor if its near menstruation.

hi there anitarei :) hey calm down girl if you ddnt change your that kind of attitude no one else could be affected but you. maybe you just have your period? because feel that way too if im not feel comfortable and feel irritated in so many things. But if not,,, you need to overcome this or else it will become your normal attitude. if you started to feel that way stop and take a deep breath, inhale and exhale several times,, drinks lots of water, it can help you to normalized your blood flow then think some happy thoughts. and just put in your mind that every time you will feel angry you will be ugly.. you will tarting to have facial lines.. an who wants to be ugly??? no body no body but the a girl who is always angry :)) happy mylotting and always smile and feel young... :))

Hi,anitarei.I am sorry to hear that you feel so angry now without a reason.But actually I think I have know the reason that is you have to do the things that you don't want.Well,in my opinion,you can do some things that you like to to relax yourself.When you are doing the things ,you will feel more easy to calm down yourself and to convince yourself. As to my experience, in this situation we always don't want to talk to others but actually is the best method to go through it,when we say it out ,the bad feeling will fade away and we may be wondering why I feel so angry just now.Hope you have fun.

hi! well, there must be some reason why are you feeling angry and maybe someone has driven you crazy. so my advice is to lie down on the bed, put some music on you Hi-Fi or PC and just listen to it, close your eye and focus on the lyrics of the songs, it would be better if you listen to some slow music like ballads or something like that, which can calm you down. or maybe you just have to release this fury and the best way is to break something or to hit somewhere!

If u want to calm down why dont u try to eat something you like lets say eat some ice cream or chocolates. Somehow it will make u feel good. Take a deep breathe too then tell to yourself your fine and you feel good. I hope somehow it will help you. ;)
