what will you do if your cosmetic worker steal things from your home?

Many work in oversea as a cosmetic workers and help out all the works in the master's house.They are helpful in most of the time except someare not really good workers.But you can expect all workers are good because you can expect all human are good either.But one thing,We can't accept it and we don't uncderstand why they always didi that to their master's house.What?They always steal things from the masters house and the percentage of worker stealing cases are always high.At least half of them will steal from their master's house whether the masters treat them good or bad.Sometimes they will steal things only when their contract is over.They will do it in the last day.Frankly speaking,we just don't understand why they always wanted to do such illegal things and they don't think it is wrong?Maybe you can tell us why if you have such experience in your hourse before.What will you do to stop such a thing keep on going in your house.But if you say,you just fire that person and hire a new one.Then,I don't think that will be a good solution/Becuase the new one will have 50 % of chances to do the same.Unless you don't hire them at all and you know that you actually need someone to help out the things in your home.What is your opinion then?

ever tried planting hidden cameras? you can use the footage as evidence and then sue them.

There are all kinds of different hidden camera devices. I'd also say, why don't you hide your things, if they are real expensive? Some people like to show things off. This is not good in these kinds of times. I'd say that humans are still not into the "master" thing. Throughout history people have stolen things from people who know themselves as masters. Things will never change in that regard. You will always have people who are jealous or lusting after what you have and if you are very important, that makes you a bigger target. So I think a hidden camera would do the trick.

Oh, if anyone was to steal something from my house, then I would report it to the police, plain and simple. In this situation, it would be pretty easy to catch the thief because we would know who it was that had done us wrong. I know that my mother used to work in an elderly lady's home and she would never consider taking anything from her because my mother isn't that kind of person. There is no reason to steal something from someone else. Thou shalt not covet.

hello! i guess I will catch him and then call his company to complaint about that what happened and not to have a quarrel with him, because it could happen something bad if I lose control and try to act on some other way!

If the said worker really did stole something then i think i will have to report it to the master. I mean it has nothin to do with the cosmetic worker its just the act of stealing something is not right and if you know someone whose doing the act then might as well help out to correct the said matter. ;)
