I'm really curious about it. I wasn't born with sweaty hands, it just happened recently- one time my hands were super dry then it became moist for no reason...
So, who else has sweaty hands?

It means you had been working too hard in mylot laugh out loud , just kidding . Well i think it is because of the molecules on our body that is causing it yea .

i used to be conscious of this until i became a mother and until my husband pointed this sweaty hands of mine out to me. there is this thing that after using your hands like in ironing, writing or typing that you rest it for 30 minutes. but mothers cannot afford 30 minutes without using their hands. just a little price to pay for the joy of motherhood. so, try resting your hands for 30 minutes after either one of the 3 activities i mentioned before you wash or wet your hands. there might be results

hi lady1993,
Hands do get sweat because of our habit. For example, if you are typing for long hours in front of the computer and then you wash your hands, then that will be the negative effect. Another is when you are writing or you are ironing your clothes, or playing any musical instrument and then you put your hands in water afterwards, then that will be the outcome. I think if you have the habit of that kind, then better to refrain it. If you think your hands are tired already, give some time to relax it and never soaked it in water or wash it with water. I think for you to somehow stop your hands from sweating is to get a basic on lukewarm water with salts. Then, before you go to bed, soaked your hands on it for 10-15 minutes. Hope this helps.
