Get over fear of rollercoasters

I want to be able to go to theme parks with my friends and have fun at them without being absolutely terrified of rides. I am currently and it sucks. I dont know how to get into it without doing it. Is tehre anything to kind of helpme ease into it?

It won't hurt you, Like never it happens to a malfunction. I used to be scared of a towering rollercoaster but don't mind other ones.

Hello, as much as i wanted to help you with your fear, i am also afraid to ride in the rollercoasters. And even up to now, with the age of 32, no one can convince nor things of encouragement of any kind had help me eliminate this fear. Maybe our co mylotters can help, i just would like you to know that you are not alone with your situation.
