I need laptop

Laptop nowadays is very important especially in my case because im an IT student so when i can't finish my work at home i can continue it at school.
So know, after a long run of saving my allowance everyday i can now buy a laptop! Yahooo!!!!!!
But the problem is i can't decide what is the best laptop i will buy. There are many hearsays so i can't decide what is the best.
Can you help me guys what will i buy . The best laptop in the world ! he he he!/
My budget is 500 dollars ^^

Choose a laptop with a longer warranty and a nice technican support this will help a lot when your laptop need to be repaired or fix. I have a bad experience with my Hp mini note, I seldom use it, but one time when I try to boot it, it won't start, I have no choice but to return it from where I got it. After a few weeks I got it back and it's working now. I ask the person on the service center on what is the problem with my laptop, they did'nt said anything about its problem they just said that they have already fix it by replacing the motherboard and that after the warranty ends the next time it needs to replace the motherboard again it will cost me about half of the original price when I bought it.Good thing my laptop is still under warranty when it brokedown. otherwise I will have to pay half of its original price.

hey Kolatmaster , HP's laptop is good one, and I think your case is a isolated one.Though I randon use my ACER mini one and not a single day the lapu stayed at service station. Just once after 6 months of purchase I gave it to service centre for internal dust cleaning and 2nd time just 10 days before end of warranty expire date.

Where do you live? In U.S or out of U.S? If you live in U.S browse Dell, Toshiba or HP store, and find the suitable laptop for you from these two vendors.
If you live out of U.S, better for you to buy from nearest computer store. Or, try to see from your nearest Mall, perhaps there are some computer store hold on computer bazaar.
Toshiba Satellite T115D-S1125 LED TruBrite maybe best for your need. it will cost you around USD 400. You get 11.4" LED laptop.

Hi,
Of course a student of IT needs a laptop. I have both laptop and desktop and I have found that for me desktop is more user friendly.
Now coming to your problem what I can suggest you is to buy Sony Vaio. There are lots of different brands but this one I have seen has lesser problems though it costs a little bit more than some others.
anyway finally it is your decision that would count. Cut your coat according to your cloth.
