Drinking Enough!?

I LOVE water! It is so crisp and cold and delicious! My favorite drink, hands down. But, I can't seem to drink enough. I know you are supposed to have eight glasses a day but I only have three or four. Does anyone have tips on how to make sure you get all that water down?

I really enjoy drinking water. In the hot weather I do tend to have eight glasses of it a day. In the cold weather I still drink water but much less than that. In the summer when I am out walking I take a bottle of water with me to drink. I go to my child's playgroup and they have a drinking machine. So there I happily drink a glass or two of the cool water. At every meal I have a glass of fruit juice. I guess I could change habits and have water. Good luck with trying to drink more water. This is a healthy option for you. I eat a vegan diet.

try having a candy first before drinking in between meals if you are not prone to snack in between. then you have a certain taste in your mouth to wash off and that would make drinking water tasteless at all. this is the way i do to get me to drink 8 glasses of water daily .

Spread your drinking throughout the day. Keep a small bottle handy to you. Are you drinking anything else such as tea or fruit juice? That all counts towards your liquid intake. Also, if you eat liquid foods - soups or lots of fresh fruit - that also counts.

I as soon as I woke up in the morning I have two full glasses of water,and after one hour another glass of water. That means before leaving house for work three glasses I have already taken. Then after reaching office keep yourself reminding of having water in different intervals, before having tea/coffee .By this you will have at-least four glasses of water in the office. Before leaving for home have a glass of water and after reaching home again have a glass of water then change . This is the way you can have at least 6-8 glass of water.Its very good for health, your kidney, skin and filters blood cleanse the system.

I drink 8-10 glasses of water. Water cleanses me so I drink a lot of water. If you have a bottle of soft drink about 1 liter. Fill it with water then make sure that you finish it all. Remember that water is important to our body. You may be dehydrated because of not drinking enough water.
